Fort Macon Bridal Portrait with Brittany

Honestly, one of the hardest things to do as a wedding photographer is to have a bridal session with a fabulously beautiful bride, in a gorgeous dress, on a perfect day, rush home and be giddy with excitement while processing files, and then have to sit on them until after the wedding! No Facebook. No Instagram. No Pintrest—not even a tweet.  Total social silence, because yes, there are fiancés who are the equivalent of Sherlock Holmes when they think they are being kept in the dark and the internet is a goldmine of info and imagery so until the big day, “mums the word”.

But finally, Brittany has married Kalen and I can share some of the photos from this awesome Fort Macon bridal shoot. The arches and brickwork there always set a perfect stage for brides and when the breeze would catch Brittany’s veil….oh, it just took my breath away.
